1948 Cadillac Convertible

This car was acquired after the previous owner dropped it off of a cliff.  Really !  He was transporting it home on the back of a tow truck for restoration, the tow truck and the Cadillac ended up in an accident and went over a cliff.  The owner decided it was now to much for him to handle.  This is where we stepped in.

The car is equipped with a Fatman Stage 6 front end. A stainless parallel four bar was installed in place of the leaf springs.  The car is equipped with a state of the art air ride system. An LS1 with all the Street and Performance goodies was installed with a 4l65e transmission.   Wilwood disc brakes on all four corners.  Chuck Hanna handled the custom leather and ostrich interior.  This car now has well over 15,000 miles since completion and rides and handles like a new Cadillac with all the creature comforts.
