1969 Firebird Convertible

Owner: Bill Dixon

Bill was fortunate to be in High School at the pinnacle of the muscle car era.  His daily driver at that time was a 1969 Firebird convertible.   Bill had many fond memories of that car 40 + years ago.  Through extensive research and investigation Bill located the car that he drove in High School.  The current owner had purchased the car through Barrett Jackson a few years ago.  Bill learned that the only similarities between the car that sold through the auction and the one he drove 40 years ago was the VIN number.   Changing gears,  Bill hung around the shop for a couple months gathering knowledge and information about kustom cars and hot rods.  He then decided that he wanted a new improved version of his High School daily driver.  He located a solid car and had it delivered to the shop.  Then the wheels started spinning!!!  Working with Chris and Jimmy Smith they came up with a rendering for his new improved 1969 Firebird.
